CANNABIDIOL – CBD FOR SHORT
We know these as Cannabinoids.
CBD is a non-psychoactive Cannabinoid meaning, it won’t get you high.
This unique feature of CBD is what makes it so great and appealing for taking care of ourselves.
Our bodies naturally produce Endocannabinoids – a compound like CBD.
Black Pepper, Chocolate, Liverwort, and Echinacea also contain Cannabinoids.
How much CBD to take? Also, what mg per drop?
Because there is no scientific information stating CBD dosage and how much you should take. We recommend start taking CBD with a few drops 1-2 drops, working up to 3-4 drops.
EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT
It is important to realise each person’s endocannabinoid system works differently. Height and weight play a part and the quality of the CBD oil. If you are bigger or taller than the average person, you may need more and vice versa.
We recommend you DO NOT exceed 200mg a day.
HOW MUCH CBD IS IN A DROP?
500mg – 5% = 2.5mg per drop
1000mg – 10% = 5mg per drop
Another particularly common CBD FAQs….
Will I get high from taking CBD?
No, Cannabidiol (CBD) will not get you high. CBD is non-psychoactive.
After using CBD products, you will not experience significant changes in mood, awareness or state of your mind.
THC is the psychoactive cannabinoid – the one that recreational users use to get “high”.
CBD Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Whilst pregnant or breastfeeding we do not recommend it to use Cannabidiol (CBD) products.
WHY CAN'T I USE PAYPAL ANYMORE?
You will find most CBD companies in the UK, can no longer offer PayPal payments through their website.
This is because PayPal, which is governed by US laws which classifies hemp-derived products as narcotics.
We can offer various other methods of payment.

Can CBD help my medical condition?
Unfortunately, we cannot give any medical advice on using CBD products.
We sell CBD products as food supplements to help support and maintain a healthy lifestyle and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Cannabidiol Oil (CBD) is a natural component of the Hemp plant.
We do not make any medical claims regarding our products. it’s always advisable you do your own research, before trying CBD out.
CBD contains all-natural ingredients a source of essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals, healthy fatty acids like Omega-3, 6 and 9 organically cultivated therefore pesticide-free.

What is the importance of Lab testing
All CBD-ME products are independently tested by third-party laboratories to ensure the highest quality and peice of mind
CBD testing involves sending a sample to a specialist laboratory that has the expertise and equipment to test CBD products.
There are many things you can test a CBD product for – pesticides, metals, solvents, and of course the most important CBD and THC potency.
A good lab report will have a breakdown of the amounts of all the cannabinoids and some may have the terpene breakdown.
Check CBD-MEs Laboratory Certificates
How much CBD should I take?
Everyone is different and each person’s endocannabinoid system works differently and reacts differently with each person body.
Always start off with a small dose 1-2 drops twice a day and either increase or decrease your daily dose as you feel necessary, not exceeding daily dosage recommendation of 200mg.
Height and weight play a part as well as the quality of the CBD oil. If you are bigger or taller than the average person you may need more and visa versa.
Either way, we advise you do not go over the daily dosage recommendation of 200mg.
Can i take CBD with my other medications
When it comes to taking CBD with other medications, we only ever advise one thing- if you are unsure, check with a medical professional before using it as it can, on occasion, interact with other medicines. Always stick to the recommended dose too and if you are taking other meds keep a two hour window between taking CBD and whatever else you take.

I get drug tested at work... will I be ok?
Drug tests are carried out because THC is known for the feelings of euphoria it provides and this is the illegal part! CBD products to be legal in the UK must be less than 0.2% THC, and there should be less than 1 mg (THC) in any subsequent container of CBD oil or product that is sold.
To summarise, although you shouldn’t have a problem passing a drugs test, consumers that take full spectrum CBD products may fail a urine test for traces of THC. However, further testing such as a blood test, will show that the levels of THC from a full spectrum CBD product are none psychoactive.
